As an award winning songwriter and entertainer, Keith Riemer brings renewed life to Western music. Be it an historical saga, embellished cowboy adventure, endearing love song or swingy little ditty, Keith’s original songs will fill you with a sense of truth and authenticity.
His heritage as a fourth generation Texas panhandle musician provided him the grand opportunity to literally “grow up” singing and playing. From his great grandfather’s days of playing pioneer ranch dances, through the cowboy life of his grandfather and his dad’s extraordinary fiddle playing, Keith has developed a rich talent and style.
He has delighted audiences throughout the state of Texas, from Amarillo to the Hill Country, Dallas, Austin and the Big Bend area. Repeat performances at such notable events as the National Cowboy Symposium and the Kerrville Music Festival have solidified Keith’s reputation as a professional. An invitation to play for former Governor George Bush at the historic Gage Hotel in Marathon combined with the participation in the annual music festival in Cannes, France lend credence to his ability to entertain a wide variety of listeners.
“SADDLE UP”, Keith’s latest Square Tree label release, has been well received at home and enjoys airplay across the country. Red Stegall says of one of Keith’s earlier CDs, Prairie Magic is an outstanding collection of work. Keith Riemer has a marvelous voice and delivers his songs with warmth and excitement. You’ll not be disappointed.”
Whether performing as a solo artist, fiddle and guitar duo, with three part harmony or as a full stage band, Keith will present a solid professional show filled with authentic Western music.
